The perfect opportunity to slow down, tune into yourself, and listen to what you truly need. Classes will be rooted in Hatha yoga—focusing on uniting mind, body, and breath to cultivate balance, strength, flexibility, and vitality.

Some sessions will be more yang-focused (dynamic, with active muscle engagement). Some will be more yin-focused (long-held, passive postures to nurture the deep connective tissues). While others will be more restorative, centered on full relaxation and comfort.

November sessions:

⭐️WED NOV 19th - Yoga for Self-Love (Yin + Restorative yoga)

Bring your yoga mat, water, props, and a notebook and pen to jot down any thoughts (if that's your jam).

No props? No problem! Get some cushions or pillows, a blanket you can roll up like a burrito, thick books you can use as blocks… Find what works for you.

No yoga experience is required.

Meet your facilitator

Hi there! I’m Mariana (AKA Nita), Venezuelan, mama to a feisty 2-year-old, and certified yoga teacher (200hr YTT + 50hr Yin Yoga).

Yoga has been part of my life since high school, but I fell in love with teaching during my Yin Yoga Teacher Training. That experience led me to complete my 200-hour YTT, confirming that this practice is my homecoming.

Healing through words, movement, and mindfulness has been a critical part of my journey—and now I’m committed to continuing that ripple effect.

I’m passionate about cultivating awareness on and off the mat, inviting you to listen, notice what arises, and meet it with kindness. This is your space to be human, let the mind roam wild, and come back to your breath and body—again, and again, and again.

My favorite pose? Reclined Butterfly (Supta Baddha Konasana) —it’s the yinster in me 🦋❤️.
