You are doing ALL the things—running your business, serving your clients, and caring for others.

But when was the last time you put yourself at the top of that list?

As coaches, holistic healers, and business owners, we are familiar with taking on too much yet feeling like there’s never enough time to do it all (or do it well).

💫Maybe you started your business dreaming of freedom, but now your calendar is so packed that lunch breaks have become a luxury.

💫You may want to rest, but every time you try, your mind races through to-dos and upcoming commitments.

💫You might know slowing down is the way, but how can you do that while juggling work, family, and relationship demands?

What if time isn’t the real issue?

What if more or faster isn’t necessarily better?

What if by slowing down and tuning into your body, you could actually carve out more time?

That’s exactly what this online workshop is all about!

  • This online workshop is for established coaches, holistic healers, and business owners who are:

💫 Thriving in business but running on empty and feeling burned out.

💫 Struggling to balance work, family, and relationships with personal well-being.

💫 Looking for embodied practices and tangible tools to create more time.

If you’re ready to stop feeling like there are never enough hours in the day and start opening space for what matters most, this experience is for you.

No art or yoga experience is required.

  • This isn’t a productivity or project management event.

It’s an embodied art experience that blends yin yoga, guided meditation, and therapeutic art to cultivate presence, shift your relationship with time, and open space for what truly matters.

Through movement, mindfulness, and creative expression, you’ll connect with what it feels like to have time and walk away with a tangible plan to start reclaiming it.

  • ✅ A deep sense of presence: Experience what it feels like to have space and time.

✅ A mindset shift: From time scarcity to spaciousness in your body, mind, spirit, and calendar!

✅ An actionable plan: Restructure your priorities and open up more time without adding more stress.

  • ☑️ Yoga mat

☑️ Props (yoga blocks/books to stack, bolster/cushions, blanket)

☑️ Beverage of choice (water, tea, coffee, etc.)

    ☑️ Journal/notebook

☑️ Sheet of blank paper (A4 or A5)

    ☑️ Writing tool (pen, pencil)

☑️ Colored pencils, crayons, or markers (bring what you have—no need to buy anything fancy!)

☑️ Sacred item (crystal, photo, mala beads, or something meaningful for your practice)

  • Absolutely! No art or yoga experience is required. We’ll offer variations and guide you through the process.

  • Yin yoga is a slow yoga style where we passively hold postures for ~2-5+ minutes to target deep connective tissues. It helps you stretch, cultivate stillness, and release any tension or stuck energy.

  • Therapeutic art is a healing modality that uses creative expression to explore and process emotions, gain valuable insight, and achieve transformation.

Meet your facilitator

Hi there! I’m Mariana (AKA Nita), Venezuelan, mama to a feisty 2-year-old, and certified yoga teacher (200hr YTT + 50hr Yin Yoga).

Yoga has been part of my life since high school, but I fell in love with teaching during my Yin Yoga Teacher Training. That experience led me to complete my 200-hour YTT, confirming that this practice is my homecoming.

Healing through words, movement, and mindfulness has been a critical part of my journey—and now I’m committed to continuing that ripple effect.

I’m passionate about cultivating awareness on and off the mat, inviting you to listen, notice what arises, and meet it with kindness. This is your space to be human, let the mind roam wild, and come back to your breath and body—again, and again, and again.

My favorite pose? Reclined Butterfly (Supta Baddha Konasana) —it’s the yinster in me 🦋❤️.

Want to collaborate on an event, workshop, or retreat? 💫

I’m always looking to team up with like-minded healers, facilitators, businesses, and brands to develop holistic experiences in the yoga, mindfulness, or spiritual realm.

Drop a message below, and let’s see if we can co-create something magical together!
