A storyteller, list-maker, and former video producer. I have a Communications degree and a fascination for self-care.

I leverage my professional and personal experience to write about health and wellness topics that inspire me. And when I’m not writing, I’m doing what I preach to ensure I’m experiencing the content first-hand.

My true colors

I’m a life producer—color-coding, scheduling, and organizing bring me ridiculous joy.
I’m a coffee monster that overindulges in vitamin D and highlighters.
My self-care routine includes journaling, meditating, and—you guessed it—coloring.
I’m obsessed with movement—I spend most of my free time lifting weights, dancing in my living room, or contemplating life upside down from my yoga mat.
I married my high-school sweetheart after an 8-year long-distance relationship that started WAY before dating apps even existed.
